mIRC 5.61 [747 Kb] - maybe, the most popular chat program in the world. You can as well exchange files with it's help. Maybe, it is not as attractive as Quick Chat (see below), but its possibilities are much greater. This chat needes a server to work.
Offline Explorer [573 Kb] - this one allows you to download web sites and work with them while offline. Great number of parameters - what types of files to download, to download only from the beginning server or from any one, which is linked with the beginning one, "level" limit. It is possible to download 20 or more files at the same moment. It seemed to me that this feature make download faster.
Quick Chat 1.6 [900 Kb] - a pretty chat program, with simple interface. Both english and russian versions.
TCP Net Viewer [27.6 Kb] - it shows all IP's, host etc. it local area network. Compact size and no need of installation.
